DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE


At Diablo Outdoors, Inc., we pride ourselves on building clothing for the hunter and angler who appreciates well built, premium quality apparel. If your Team Realtree by Diablo Outdoors product fails for any reason due to defects in materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace it at our discretion.  Because all products have a life span that varies greatly from person to person, we reserve the right to determine if a product has failed because of normal (warrantable) or abusive (not warrantable) use.  

Any item being returned to Diablo Outdoors for any reason must be accompanied by the sales receipt and sent to us freight prepaid within 30 days from date of purchase. All clothing sent in for warranty consideration must be thoroughly washed and cleaned.  Any item returned dirty will be refused.  We will not accept your shipment if the package(s) shows signs of external damage. Always inspect your clothing immediately upon delivery, even if you do not plan to use it right away.

 

RETURN OF NON-WARRANTY MERCHANDISE


If you need to return your Team Realtree merchandise for any reason other than a defect in material or workmanship, please make sure that all tags remain in place on the garment and the packaging is in reusable condition.  Items cannot be returned after 30 days from purchase date for non-warranty reasons.

GORE-TEX® PRODUCT CLAIMS

 
W.L. Gore and Associates, Inc, has a consumer satisfaction guarantee that states, “If you are not satisfied with the performance of your GORE-TEX® Outerwear, send it back to us and we will either repair it, replace it, or refund your purchase price.”  If you have a GORE-TEX® Garment that meets Gore’s Warranty criteria for performance satisfaction, please visit their website at www.GORE-TEX.com  for more details on their warranty.

 

SHIPPING POLICY


All items indicated to be in-stock are processed and shipped within 3 business days of the purchase date. A confirmation email is sent once the item leaves our warehouse. This email will not only confirm that the item has left our warehouse, but will also provide the UPS tracking number (if this was your chosen shipping method).
 
 IMPORTANT: As inventory fluctuates hourly, an item indicated as in-stock when you place your order may, in fact, be out-of-stock. In this event, we make every effort to contact you by email immediately to notify you that your order will be placed on backorder. The email will also provide you with information on how to cancel the order if you would prefer not to wait for the item to be in stock again.
 

CANCELLATION POLICY


To cancel an order you have placed with Diablo Outdoors, you must contact us by email (info@diablooutdoors.com). Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as it has not yet shipped. When contacting us about a cancellation, please be ready to provide your name, the order number, and your contact information. Please not that if the item has shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
